Weddings:

Special/Non-Wedding Events:
- $600.00 (1 to 50 Guests)
- $800.00 (51 to 100 Guests)
- $1000.00 (101 to 150 Guests)
- $1200.00 (151 to 200 Guests)
All Rates Include:
- FIVE hour rental time between 10a-3pm or 1pm-6pm (including setup and cleanup)
- All tables and chairs (our staff will handle all of your furniture set up)
- Exclusive use of the property (Inside Barn, Pavilion, and Patio)
Photoshoots:
$100 / Hour
